How can I book an appointment?
We recommend booking your session two weeks in advance when possible. We cannot guarantee requested appointment times by email. Please make reservations through the Reach Bodywork Studio booking app or by calling us directly. Walk-in guests are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests for services if scheduling allows.

How Can I pay for my Session?
A valid credit card is required to book all REACH Bodywork services. Drop In sessions must be paid at time of booking. Drop In fee will be refunded should the session be cancelled in accordance with the REACH 12-hour cancellation policy. Payment for all other services are due at time of service in the form of a membership or session pack.
How can I tip my Stretch Specialist?
The preferred method for tipping your Stretch Specialist is via Venmo, directly to each Stretch Specialist. Tip envelopes are also provided at the front desk for cash or check.
What if i need to cancel my appointment?
REACH Bodywork Studio enforces a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you have reserved your place in a REACH session and fail to cancel 12 hours in advance, or no show, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
what should I wear to my session?
REACH Bodywork Studio recommends that you wear loose fitting shorts/pants and shirt during your session for the most effective bodywork, though it is not required. The open concept studio and unique approach of REACH bodywork allows clients to remain fully clothed for their sessions. REACH Bodywork Studio does have the right to refuse any client with improper attire.
What is the policy for unattended children and/or guests?
We do not have facilities to watch children during a parent’s appointment. Young children in carriers / strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. Children under age 18 may not be left unattended in the lobby due to reasons of liability. Children may not accompany a parent in the stretch area due to the privacy of other clients, as well as liability. Guests in the studio who are not receiving a service may not accompany a client to the stretch area due to the privacy of other clients. Should any guest, adult or child, be disruptive to the studio they will be asked to leave the premises.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
First-time guests are to arrive 15 minutes in advance of their initial appointment. Established clients are suggested to arrive 5 minutes in advance, though early arrival is not required.
WHat if I am late for my appointment?
REACH Bodywork Studio enforces a strict Late Arrival Policy. Clients will be charged for their entire scheduled appointment even if they cannot be stretched for their entire scheduled appointment time due to late arrival. If possible and at REACH Bodywork Studio’s discretion, the full length of the appointment may be given if the Stretch Specialist has availability at the end of the scheduled appointment time.
What is your policy on cell phones and other devices?
REACH Bodywork Studio asks that you set all devices to silent mode when in the studio lobby or when receiving work. Your session requires your active participation with the Stretch Specialist. This also helps to maintain the appropriate atmosphere in the studio.
What if i have a pre-existing or new health condition?
Prior to each session, Clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their known medical conditions and have answered all questions honestly, both on the Intake Form, and as asked by REACH staff. REACH does not provide physical therapy services and reserves the right not to provide services to individuals with acute injuries/conditions, recent injuries, recent surgery, spine and/or brain injuries or conditions, conditions where clients have lack of feeling/sensation to their body parts, and other physical conditions, where it believes doing so may cause harm to the client/potential client and/or is outside its scope of practice. Failure to notify REACH of physical conditions, injuries, or illnesses may result in harm to the client for which REACH will not be responsible.
Is there anything i should do after my session?
After your REACH bodywork sessions we encourage you to drink plenty of water. Some clients may experience soreness after their sessions, especially if it is the first time working a particular REACH zone. This may feel similar to exercise soreness for up to 48 hours.
What is the minimum age for Reach services?
REACH Bodywork services are available to clients age 12 and up, with the following conditions met.
Anyone under age 18 must have the Minor Liability Release Form signed by their parent / legal guardian prior to booking a REACH session. Minors age 12-15 must have parents / legal guardians on-site at the REACH studio during their services. Minors age 16 and up may receive their REACH services unattended.

Aside from certified/licensed Service Animals, pets are prohibited from the REACH Bodywork studio.
Membership FAQ's
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MEMBERSHIP AND A SESSION PACK?
Recurring memberships are billed monthly, after the signing of a recurring Membership Agreement. They are ongoing until member submits a Cancellation Form abiding by the membership cancellation policy. Session Packs are paid for in-full at time of purchase, and sessions expire one year after date of purchase. Any unused sessions after a year are expired and will not be reimbursed.
I USED ALL OF MY SESSIONS FOR THIS BILLING CYCLE. DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT MONTH TO HAVE ANOTHER SESSION?
No need to wait if you’d like another session in addition to your membership. Members can purchase and schedule additional sessions for $35, instead of the $49 Drop In rate. If you do this frequently please see a Stretch Coordinator to help determine the best value for you.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE BOOKING APP?
No, we understand that not everyone wants to use a booking app. You are always welcome to call the studio and schedule by phone. We do find the app allows for convenient scheduling and cancellation of sessions, especially when doing so outside of our regular hours of operation.
CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You may upgrade your REACH membership at any time. A new Membership Agreement will be required for the upgraded level, as well as a Cancellation Form to cancel your existing membership. You may choose to activate the upgrade immediately if you have used all of your sessions, or you can activate it on next billing cycle to maintain the same billing date.
CAN I DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You may downgrade your REACH membership effective on your next scheduled billing date. A new Membership Agreement will be required for the downgraded level, as well as a Cancellation Form to cancel your existing membership. If you request to downgrade on your billing date and the payment has already processed, a refund will not be issued and your downgraded level can begin on the next scheduled billing date.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
A member has the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of one month to a maximum of two consecutive months. A member may suspend their account up to twice per year (two-month increments).
Benefits of freezing your membership include:
1) You will not forfeit your unused sessions
2) You will not be charged your full membership rate during your freeze period
3) You can pick up where you left off once the freeze period has ended
4) Preservation of your current membership pricing
Upon the studio processing your Freeze you will be charged a one-time freeze fee of $15 and you will no longer receive member benefits until the freeze period has ended. When the freeze period has ended you will continue to be billed at your regular membership rate, and your future billing dates will be reset based on your freeze period. You may not retroactively freeze your membership. i.e. Freezes cannot be backdated. In the event you wish to cancel your membership after a freeze period, you must abide by the Cancellation of Membership Policy, requiring payment of one more complete billing cycle.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you are considering cancelling your membership, please see a Stretch Coordinator to assist you. We are happy to work with you to identify the best REACH option for your needs. Written notification requesting cancellation of a recurring membership is required at the REACH Bodywork studio, using the REACH Cancellation Form. When completed form is received, client will pay their next scheduled billing date, have access to it for that full and final billing cycle, and will then be released from their recurring membership agreement.
